We are continuing to grow, and are looking for a OEM Program Manager to join our team.

OEM Program Manager Job Description:

The OEM Program Manager is responsible for day to day managing all the internal OEM operational tasks from the initial phase of a project to the start of production. The OEM PM will lead and manage a cross functional team to collaborate with all departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed successfully and achieve program targets concerning product quality, cost, and timelines in accordance with corporate goals and strategies. The OEM PM is the primary point of contact for OEM clients, post award and responsible for managing and strengthening OEM partnerships to improve performance growth and client satisfaction. The OEM PM will manage the revenue forecast, communication various build status to stakeholders, monitor and analyze OEM build costs, review delivery data/performance analysis and trends, identify and address technical or commercial issues, highlight risks to mitigate or escalate, and be the overall leader and primary representative of information for all OEM projects.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
  • Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
  • Facilitate meetings and calls with internal personnel and OEMs
  • Create presentations and reports to communicate OEM progress and initiatives
  • Provide support and guidance to all the team members
  • Preparation and follow through for OEM quarterly business reviews
  • Continuing growth knowledge of products
  • Facilitate training with OEMs
  • Manage OEM program activities, such as issue tracking and risk mitigation, facilitating program team meetings and preparing/delivering status reports
  • Work closely with cross functional departments (Product management, Engineering Design, Installation, Production and Field Service) to ensure successful execution

Qualifications expected of the OEM Program Manager:

  • Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of transit ITS systems, assembly, system layout, and electrical drawings
  • Provide status and reports to company management and executives
  • Reviews productivity and efficiency and strives for continuous improvement
  • Ability to prioritize and proactively resolve program related issues on a fast-paced, aggressively scheduled project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Highly organized with high attention to details
  • Travel required for to OEMs, CD facilities and Client Sites up to 20%

Requirements:

  • 10 years of Program Management experience
  • Knowledgeable with using ERP Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Systems (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Project)
  • PgMP certification (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as ability to learn new software programs such as PowerBI and JIRA
